Hi fellow humans.
I really want to share a very fast to make oatmeal recipe.
It´s extremely tasty (sweet) and HEALTHY (no sugars/fats or crap like that)
Step 1. Put 100gr. Oatmeal in a Bowl
Step 2. Pour Water in the bowl until the oatmeal is completely covered in it.
Step 3. Put some artificial sweetener into the bowl. (not too much).
Step 4. Put the bowl in your microwave 900watts (2-3 minutes).
Step 5. (Last step) Protein powder i prefer chocolate. Just mix 20-40 gramms of your protein powder with the hot oatmeal and enjoy your very tasty meal.

Rift 1.4
Hi There Ladies & Gentlemans.
This is my first real Blog entry i hope im doin it right. Trying my best.
I just wanted to share my thoughts on the upcoming version of Rift.
What i´m looking forward to the most is probably the new 10 man instance, probably because i´m more of a PVE player then PVP.
Another hopefully nice Feature is the Cross-Shard LFG tool. It can be really annoying as it is right now waiting to get into instances for 20mins+ i hope this will bring a nice upgrade to the LFG system.
